New Player Info

Whether it’s your first time playing club soccer or you are transferring into our family from another, we know it can sometimes be an intimidating and stressful time. Here you will find all the information needed to make that transition as smoothly as possible.

Our Framework

New Player Info:

All new players coming into Coliseum SC after Tryouts/Evaluations will be placed in Accelerate Soccer Academy for an evaluation before attending a Coliseum SC training session. Coliseum SC Director of Coaching/Club Director, David Bove will talk with all families about Coliseum SC.

Uniforms:

Parents will order uniforms through Soccer.com.  Coliseum Club Administration will send emails directly to families once players are on placed on teams.

Teams:
  • 10U-19U Coliseum SC players participate in (2) Training Sessions and Local leagues throughout the club season.  Teams participating in leagues and events outside of local area (State, Regional, National) are selected from the player pool in their age division
  • 6U-9U Coliseum SC players participate in (1) Training Session and Local leagues throughout the club season. Teams will participate in local events with minimal travel.
Additional Training:
  • ​13U-19U Competitive teams will be offered additional team training through SPI Fitness.
  • 11U & 12U will have the option of opting into to these team training sessions.
  • SPI offers our players Speed & Agility as well as strength training to complete at the highest levels.
  • Individual Player Training
    • All Coliseum SC players will be given the opportunity to join the Accelerate Soccer Academy. 
    • This program allows players to work on their individual skill. 
    • Accelerate offers players the advantage of getting extra training to work on 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 situations.
    • The Academy also offers Ball Mastery and Keeper Training.
